| Founded in 1988, Quantum Communications Group is a closely held, Minneapolis based, wireless consulting firm. Clients have ranged from the smallest companies to the very largest. Projects have ranged from single tasks like business plan creation, market analysis and site acquisition, to complete turnkey construction and management. Quantum has built and operated dozens of large and small wireless markets. In addition, Quantum was on the very forefront of the PCS industry with experimental licenses in Denver and Minneapolis. We presently own a PCS license in Jacksonville, IL as well as a nationwide microwave license.
