Psion PLC
Psion PLC is a world leader in mobile computing and wireless networking and has a well-earned reputation for innovation and technological leadership. Psion was founded in 1980 by its Chairman David Potter and is now one of the UK's foremost technology companies with a proud history of pioneering new markets for digital products. After three years as a publisher and developer of software for the first home computers, Psion began development of its first hardware product. With the Psion Organiser in 1984, Psion launched the world's first volume-produced handheld computer, inventing and defining the product category.

Founded in 2001, Psion Software has developed core mobile middleware technologies applicable to both the consumer and corporate marketplace. Complete end-to-end applications are currently under development that employ this middleware to connect smartphones with centrally located corporate data. Psion Software has exploited a deep understanding of both the Symbian OS and mobile data devices to produce solutions that perfectly compliment the new GPRS (2.5G) and 3G mobile phone networks. Pulse-LINK, Inc.
In May, 2001, Pulse-LINK acquired the Intellectual Property and assets of another leading company in the Ultra Wideband field, Fantasma Networks, Inc. Paul Allen's Interval Research incubated Fantasma in 1996. It was later Venture funded in April, 2000 by Vulcan Ventures, Intel Capital, APV Technology Partners and Centennial Ventures. Fantasma had already achieved wireless UWB data rates of up to 60Mbps and was scheduled to commercially launch their UWB Local Area Network and wireless video technology by end 2001. PulseLINK acquired all patents pending, prototypes, laboratory and testing equipment, Intellectual Property and other assets previously held by Fantasma. These assets were relocated from San Jose to PulseLINK's San Diego headquarters. Today, Pulse-LINK owns almost 80 patents covering ultra wideband wireless and wired communications technology, operational prototypes, complete laboratories, testing and development equipment and state of art technical facilities.

PulseWave RF
PulseWave RF is a fables semiconductor company based in Austin Texas. PulseWave RF will develop market and sell digital high-efficiency high-linearity power amplifier semiconductor components for the cellular infrastructure market. These self-linearizing multi-chip semiconductor power modules will allow a base station or amplifier manufacturer to construct high efficiency lower cost linear RF power amplifiers suitable for amplifying multiple carrier signals such as CDMA or other high crest factor air interfaces.
