Miranet AB
| Miranet was established in April 2001. Early 2000, the partners had formed a company and phrased a strategy for winning one of the Swedish UMTS licences. Thereafter, the partners united France Telecom/Orange, Skanska and Bredbandsbolaget around the winning strategy, and led production of the successful UMTS licence application. Orange was awarded the UMTS license in December 2000, and Miranet was established soon thereafter.
