Miranet AB
| Miranet was established in April 2001. Early 2000, the partners had formed a company and phrased a strategy for winning one of the Swedish UMTS licences. Thereafter, the partners united France Telecom/Orange, Skanska and Bredbandsbolaget around the winning strategy, and led production of the successful UMTS licence application. Orange was awarded the UMTS license in December 2000, and Miranet was established soon thereafter. Leading industry knowledge can only be maintained and enhanced by challenging work together with demanding customers. We have over the last two years developed close relationships with a number of industry leaders, including global blue-chip companies as well as nimble and aggressive start-ups. We also work closely with a number of private equity firms and investment banks to provide support throughout the investment cycle.
